What items are returnable?

  • Items returned within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging


What items are non-refundable?

  • Socks and Underwear
  • Worn Items (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.)
  • Washed or Stained Items
  • Items covered in Animal or Human Hair
  • Sauna Suits


Are there any charges for returns in the U.K?

  • There is no charge for returns (within 14 days of purchase)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If items are bought using a discount code, return charges are not covered.

Are there any charges for returns outside of the U.K?

  • Postage is not covered
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

What happens if I want to return something after 14 days?

  • You will be given store credit equalling the value of the purchase price (only available up to 30 days after purchase)

How do I return?

  • Print returns note and insert inside bag
  • Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
  • Print pre-paid postage label (U.K. Only) or go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. 
  • Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.
  • You will receive a email as soon as we received your items, and when refund is approved.

International customers (outside of the UK)

You must state the goods are being returned on your customs declaration form (your local post office or courier will have this).

Unfortunately we cannot accept goods that have not been declared as a return on the customs form.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Refund/exchanges will take 3-4 working days to process once received.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment.
